Greg received his real estate license in March 1990. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Millersville University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University. He also holds a graduate certificate in Corporate Entrepreneurship from the same. His formal education combined and his 31 years of experience and active involvement in thousands of real estate transactions allow Greg to bring a deeply informed and unique perspective to the real estate business.

In 2010 Greg took over an independent real estate company that was bankrupt. 15 months later he merged with another company that was failing and formed the 2nd largest real estate company in Lancaster County, PA. He sold that in 2014 and opened the first Realty ONE Group real estate office anywhere east of the state of Texas. That same year, he acquired the franchise development rights for Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware & Washington D.C. Greg has assembled a team of professionals to develop the region and work with other franchisees to purchase, set up and manage their Realty ONE Group offices. Today the region is growing at a rapid pace with new franchise owners and agents joining the Realty ONE Group family on a daily basis.

Greg brings an amazing amount of passion and commitment to the organization. Agents, Staff and franchise owners benefit from his deep understanding of the real estate business and his decades of experience. 

Greg has been on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors in since 2017 and will serve as President of the Association in 2022.
