I have been a licensed realtor since 2013. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate, I spent a number of years in Healthcare Administration working in both private practices as well as in large hospital owned models. In 2009, I completed a Certificate Program in Project Management through Villanova University. I have also been a small business owner and real estate investor. It was my experience as a real estate investor and rental property owner that put me on the path to becoming a licensed realtor and led me to include Property Management in my list of services.
I have lived in Lancaster since 1986 and am thrilled to have been able to raise two daughters in Lancaster County. Despite a busy work schedule I try to take advantage of the variety of activities the community has to offer. I enjoy the many outdoor activities as well as the convenience of Central Market, the downtown shopping district and of course frequenting the many fine dining establishments in and around the county. A 2003 Graduate of Leadership Lancaster, I also understand the importance of giving back to the community. While my daughters were in school we hosted Rotary International Exchange Students and volunteered in an number of school, church and community activities. I currently serve on the Advisory Board for Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Young Men's Mentoring Program which serves High School students throughout the county.
One of my favorite aspects of real estate is connecting with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to identify their needs and work to meet those needs as best I can. I enjoy the satisfaction that comes with placing a tenant in a property and assisting the landlord in maximizing the profitability of his investment. I also enjoy matching buyers and sellers and working to assure a successful settlement is reached in a timely manner. I have also assisted both buyers and sellers with lease purchase agreements that create a win - win situation for both parties.
